The operations that are being relocated include the: Residential Recycling Area (formerly known as the Small Vehicle Area), Small Vehicle Transfer Station (formerly known as the Tip Facility), Mattress Recycling Building and Maintenance Garage. The Town of Portsmouth is hosting a shredding event on August 8th for residents only. Residents are allowed up to 3 boxes of personal documents to shred for free.
