Recycling Event: Gansett Days (Narragansett)

Please be advised that as of April 8, 2024, several Resource Recovery operations will be moving from 65 Shun Pike to 3 Shun Pike. The operations that are being relocated include the: Residential Recycling Area (formerly known as the Small Vehicle Area), Small Vehicle Transfer Station (formerly known as the Tip Facility), Mattress Recycling Building and Maintenance Garage. Narragansett Town Beach, West Lot, Ann Hoxsie Lane across from South Pavilion

The Town of Narragansett invites residents to the Gansett Days Recycling Event on September 15 from 8 AM to 12 PM. The event will be held in the West Lot of Narragansett Town Beach located on Ann Hoxsie Lane. Materials accepted include: paper for shredding (no box limit) electronics (computers, printers, monitors, TVs, anything with a plug), Freon appliances ($10/unit), clothing, textiles, books, and used vegetable oil. No household hazardous waste will be accepted at this event.
