Interested parties should contact Wendy Marchant by e‑mail or by phone at (401) 942–1430, ext. 265, to request a bid document.  Requests may also be faxed to Ms. Marchant’s attention at (401) 946‑5174.  Unless otherwise directed, the bid documents will be sent to interested parties via e-mail, and requested documents are normally sent within two business days.  If you do not receive an answer to your request within two business days, resend your request to info@rirrc.org.
